We believe in complete transparency. Each item collection displays its full list of items and exact drop probabilities before you unlock it, and every unlock delivers one item from that list. All unique items obtained are also visible in the community feed in real-time.
Prime Status is not required for most features. You can unlock items, earn crystals, and participate in the community without it. However, some competitive tournaments may require Prime Status to ensure fair play.
